Lead Quality Assurance Analyst

As an IT lead quality assurance analyst on the Commercial Lines Technology Small Business Insurance Multi Product Quoting team, you'll play a key role in advancing our vision of becoming business owners' and agents' number one choice and destination for commercial insurance. You'll be responsible for the testing strategy, direction and risk evaluation/documentation for the multi-product experience in the applications that support it. You'll help manual test and ensure that the MPQ initiative continues the high quality releases across the three platform applications: Multi-Product Quoting, Duck Creek and Business Owner Policy. You'll also help establish the continuous update process for our risk evaluations and risk based regression testing as well as guiding the MPQ Automation team direction. You'll also help coach, mentor and develop junior QA's.
This is a remote position.
Must-have qualification
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business or Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum 6 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 6 years related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of 8 years related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
Preferred Skills
• Experience leading in the creation and maintenance of the risk based testing documentation in a business facing domain supporting multiple channels and leading adoption of new and emerging technologies in the industry.
• Proven critical thinking, strong business acumen, strategic thinking, innovative leadership, relationship building and experience coaching and mentoring
• Proven communication and collaboration skills to influence across business, IT, and organizational boundaries.
• Strong knowledge and experience with common testing methods, testing tools, terminology, and industry practices (e.g., API testing, front and backend testing, database testing, Black-box, risk-based testing, etc.)
• Experience with insurance and insurance applications and products
Compensation
• $111,000 - $124,300/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
